HOW TO GIVE ACCESS TO notifAIDE APP TO MY VOLUNTEERS OR WORKERS ?
First, ask the volunteers or your workers to download the free IOS or Android application called notifV.
Then from your account on this site, create the profile of this person, and make the legal verifications (Skills, experiences, no criminal record...), then register this person and get a link to click that you will send him-her by email.
That person will click on the link in their email on the phone, which will open the application notifV and give them the right to use it to receive requests via notifications
AS VOLUNTEER, HOW I WILL RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS
Then ask the first time the organization that validated your skills to send you the link to click by email, to add your rights in the notifV application.
Then in the Profile menu, select the variable choices. The fixed profile has already been informed by the organization that validated you on the site NotifV.com (see previous question).
These variable choices are : Your age range, the part of town where you are available to help now,...
Once saved, this information will allow the system to send you notifications when the need is urgent or forecasted, according to your complete profile.
When you receive a notification with a message describing the help needed, if you are interested, you click on the notification, which will open the details of the request: Who, Where, When, Why.
You can refuse, or accept to go there. If you accept, you will receive detailed address with the phone number of the person you have to help.
Then the requester will see your acceptance on his list of people who will come to help him. You will just have to go and show him your reservation number.
The requester will receive an email 24 hours after your help, so that he can rate with stars the quality of your help.
AS FAMILY OR ASSOCIATIONS HOW TO SEND NOTIFICATIONS AND SEE WHO HAS CONFIRMED.
Once you have created your account and chosen your package, you go to the view: Notification
In this page of the site you will choose the criteria of the people you are looking for, for when and where, and the number needed (one or more). The system will match your request with identical profiles, and then send the requests in iterations so as not to disturb more people than necessary.
Once you have sent your notification campaign (30 seconds to do), you will be able to go to the Answers page, and see the anonymous profile, his-her reservation number, and his-her cell phone number to reach her in case of problem.
